Free Certification Class
To ensure you provide the best service to customers, it is mandatory for you to complete our free certification class before taking any calls. This course will equip you with the confidence and knowledge needed to assist clients effectively. Join us and become an essential part of our customer service team!
1099 Contractor Positions
This is not your normal W2 employee job and it is not meant to replace your current W2. Our positions are 1099 contractor positions which means you are your own boss. You have the flexibility to pick your own schedule and pick the campaigns you take calls for. You also have the responsibility of having your own equipment and completing your $30 background check.

FAQs
Who will I be taking calls for?
You’ll be answering calls for different Fortune 500 companies across industries such as cruise lines, banking, and home improvement stores. Register your job portal to browse all available campaigns and select the one that suits you best. Begin your path to earning extra money without the extra hassle.
Do I have to Pay anything?
To register your job portal you pay nothing.
To look at available jobs you pay nothing.
Since you are a 1099 Contractor you are responsible for your equipment and background check.
After you have found the job you are interested in, completed a PC check, and completed a Identity check you will have to complete a background check which is $30 and it is valid for 3 years no matter how many campaigns you work for.
If you do not see a job in your portal that works for you, you do not take the background check.
How long does it take to start working and earning money?
Our onboarding process is quick and easy, after you have been approved and you pass your assessment you can see all jobs available in your portal.
Once you enroll, pass your PC check, complete your ID check and pass your background check you will start your certification class.
Each company has their own class so it is important that you register your job portal so you can see the different certification classes.
After you get certified you will start taking calls and getting paid hourly.

You can purchase a computer that meets the requirements from a local electronics store
